HEIDBREDER BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE
Anyone ready to shed a few pounds? Amy has come up with a Biggest Loser Challenge for the entire family. We will strive for a healthier life style and try and keep each other motivated on line and by weighing in each Monday night. We also know that money is a motivator. Amy is putting together an outline for petty penalties. For example, if we don't work out three times a week for 20 minutes, we will owe $1 into the "kitty". When we all get together this summer, we will determine who lost the most and they will get the money we have all been putting into our penalty kitty. Are you in?? Hey Kelly - Me, Beth and Loni have a week documented - will be doing our weigh ins on Sunday - seems like that day works out best for us. I am challenging all of our family to GET HEALTHY this year! This isn't really about weight loss - though that will probably be a side benefit. We just want to stay healthy so we can watch each other grow old!! Here is a website that we got a little worksheet from - it seems to suit our needs. We just put a checkmark on the days we do exercise - goal is 3x/week for 20 consecutive minutes at minimum. If we don't do that, we each have a jar to put $1 in. If we gain weight that week, we also put $1 in the jar. We are all on the honor system, so come on you guys, don't let the girls show you up!!
